Research Assistant

The Johns Hopkins University is recruiting Research Assistants and Developers for the BodyMaps program, which focuses on building a three-dimensional atlas of the human body to enhance cancer detection and clinical AI deployment. The role involves leading medical AI research projects with mentorship from experienced professionals and collaboration with various institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a medical AI research project from conception through manuscript submission, often as first author
• Build and maintain the infrastructure powering large-scale medical imaging research, including data pipelines, annotation tools, and model deployment workflows
