OH Product Manager Intern - OVIP

Oracle is committed to empowering veterans and military spouses through its Veteran Internship Program (OVIP). The Product Manager Intern will support a team of Product Managers in the conception, design, and launch of Oracle Health products and solutions, while gaining insights into the healthcare technology market and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Support a team of Product Managers that acts as the central resource and driving force for the conception, design, and launch of Oracle Health products and solutions
• Gain an understanding of healthcare providers, payers, patients, and healthcare organizations, along with the healthcare technology market and competitive landscape, to drive product adoption and customer success
• Support product definition from vision to roadmap and detailed product requirements for healthcare-focused solutions and experiences
• Influence engineering teams to invest and iterate on features that improve clinical workflows, operational efficiency, interoperability, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and support agile product delivery
• Track product metrics, customer feedback, adoption trends, and support data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Exposure to Healthcare and Technology is desired
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience building value propositions, messaging, and guidance for customers, users, and other stakeholders
• Be able to work with and communicate internally & with the customer at all levels, including engineers, end-users, partners, and senior leaders
• US Veteran transitioning from active service or Military Spouse new to corporate experience preferred
