Role: Project Manager (Implementation focus Paradigm)

Client preparing for the upcoming implementation of Paradigm Omni as part of a strategic CPQ platform transition and are seeking a contract Project Manager to support this initiative.

Project Overview

The role will support the end-to-end delivery of the Paradigm Omni implementation, coordinating across internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external product and integration partners. This is a highly visible initiative with executive oversight and cross-functional dependencies.

Key Skills and Experience We Are Looking For

• Enterprise software implementation leadership, preferably SaaS-based platforms
• CPQ implementations (Paradigm Omni experience strongly preferred; comparable CPQ platforms acceptable)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs (IT, business, integrations, data migration)
• Strong background in Agile / Hybrid delivery models with vendor-led products
• Experience coordinating vendor dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Solid understanding of integration-heavy environments (ERP, CRM, pricing engines, APIs)
• Hands-on experience with risk management, issue escalation, and dependency tracking
• Comfort working with distributed teams (onshore and offshore)
