Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize Duck Creek Billing solutions
Work extensively with billing workflows, rules, and custom components
Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Support and enhance billing functionalities related to invoicing, payments, adjustments, and collections
Ensure high-quality delivery with strong attention to performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing Development
Solid understanding of P&C Insurance Billing processes
Proven experience in Duck Creek Billing configuration, workflows, and customizations
Strong knowledge of core insurance billing concepts:
Invoicing
Payments
Adjustments
Collections
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment

Good to Have
Technical development experience using Duck Creek tools and frameworks
Exposure to C#, .NET, XML, SQL
