About this role
- Looking for around 7 years of Project Management experience with some of those years around technical deployments.
- This project will focus on their drive thru menu board refresh and digital reader boards. Some peripheral projects will also be focused around the self install, execution, and franchisee walkthrough s around these deployments and refreshes.
- This person should have some program governance experience as well.
- They should have great lead experience able to work with a team of all junior PM s.
- Someone who has strong experience with excel and working with data like (project plans and roll out schedules via excel).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.
- Strong understanding of restaurant systems, including POS platforms, labor scheduling tools, and back-of-house software.
- They will be responsible for managing, deploying, and supporting innovative technology solutions across
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions, including kiosks, digital menu boards (DMBs), and in-house restaurant technology
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, franchisees, and field support teams.
- Act as a liaison to coordinate franchisee technology needs, including communication, training, and issue resolution.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery and support.
- QSR not required but someone with a technical/software/systems background
- If they do have Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies in the QSR industry that is big plus
