- Looking for around 7 years of Project Management experience with some of those years around technical deployments.
- This project will focus on their drive thru menu board refresh and digital reader boards. Some peripheral projects will also be focused around the self install, execution, and franchisee walkthrough s around these deployments and refreshes.
This person should have some program governance experience as well.
They should have great lead experience able to work with a team of all junior PM s.
Someone who has strong experience with excel and working with data like (project plans and roll out schedules via excel).
Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.
Strong understanding of restaurant systems, including POS platforms, labor scheduling tools, and back-of-house software.
They will be responsible for managing, deploying, and supporting innovative technology solutions across
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions, including kiosks, digital menu boards (DMBs), and in-house restaurant technology
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, franchisees, and field support teams.
Act as a liaison to coordinate franchisee technology needs, including communication, training, and issue resolution.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery and support.
QSR not required but someone with a technical/software/systems background
If they do have Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies in the QSR industry that is big plus
