Job Description:

>> Hands-on experience with the Unqork platform (modules, workflows, integrations)

>> Strong understanding of APIs and data integrations

>> Experience in AMSproduction support environments

>> Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management

>> Familiarity with Agile methodologies

>> Act as the primary onsite technical point of contact for Unqork-based applications

>> Design, develop, and support applications using the Unqork no-code platform

>> Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

>> Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA in AMS environment

>> Configure workflows, APIs, integrations, and business rules

>> Ensure adherence to governance, security, and best practices

>> Support releases, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
