Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce/Veeva CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver CRM initiatives for a life sciences/pharmaceutical client in Gaithersburg, MD. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of Veeva CRM on Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce/Veeva CRM projects aligned with business goals
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets
Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs) to gather requirements
Drive Veeva CRM implementations, enhancements, and integrations
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, developers, admins, and QA teams
Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations (FDA, GxP, etc.)
Define project governance, reporting, and communication plans
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
Support user adoption, training, and change management efforts
Identify process improvements and recommend CRM best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in IT project management
5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
3+ years working with Veeva CRM in the life sciences/pharma domain
Proven experience managing end-to-end CRM implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications
Experience with Veeva Vault or other Veeva products
Familiarity with data migration, integrations (MuleSoft, APIs)
Knowledge of clinical, commercial, or regulatory processes in pharma
