Kforce Inc is seeking a Content Project Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of customer experience resources. The role involves managing the creation of customer-facing and internal support content while collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation, production, and upkeep of customer-facing and internal support content
- Simplify complex workflows into clear, user-friendly materials
- Keep our content library organized and up to date
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Platform, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research teams
- Monitor Customer Experience survey feedback and route insights to the appropriate teams to support timely, thoughtful follow-up
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical writing or content management (edTech/SaaS a plus)
- Strong ownership of documentation processes
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
- Comfort with fast-paced, collaborative work
- Tools: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, SharePoint
- Bonus: LMS platform experience
