Staff Product Manager, Growth CoreUX

Weights & Biases, acquired by CoreWeave, is focused on creating a powerful platform for AI development and deployment. They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Core UX vision, enhance user navigation, and drive sustainable growth through improved experiences and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own the foundational experiences that make our product essential, sticky, and scalable
• Shape how users navigate the platform, build confidence in their workflows, and seamlessly discover new capabilities as their needs evolve
• Drive sustainable growth by removing friction and ensuring the product feels like a single, cohesive ecosystem
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to define direction in ambiguous spaces and align cross-functional teams around a clear, user-centered vision
• Measure success through improved customer outcomes via workflow efficiency, validated growth through experimentation, and measurable contributions to activation, retention, and cross-product adoption
• Contribute to reusable components and shared UX foundations to enable scale
• Increase velocity, reduce fragmentation, and extend impact beyond any single feature
• Own the Core UX vision end to end, shaping how users move through W&B’s foundational workflows
• Make complex capabilities feel intuitive, powerful, and trustworthy for both new and experienced users by reducing friction and clarifying how value is discovered and applied
• Lead through influence across multiple teams, setting direction in ambiguous spaces and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision
• Partner closely with design, engineering, and data science to deliver cohesive experiences balancing innovation with performance, security, and scale requirements of enterprise customers
• Synthesize user research, field feedback, and usage data to prioritize work, validate impact, and run experiments that drive measurable improvements in adoption, engagement, and growth
• Raise the bar for UX quality and consistency across the organization
