Drive integration across forensics, IPS/IDS, threat detection and intelligence, creating a seamless user experience that breaks down silos between network and security operations.
Act as a primary interface for key customers and field teams to understand SOC workflows, alert fatigues and threat hunting pain points.
Own the long term vision for AI powered IPS/IDS and threat detection capabilities within a unified security platform.
Prioritize features that leverage automation and AI to address the SOC pain points and reduce the MTTR.
Lead development of advanced detection signals and autonomous investigation agents to identify attack patterns at scale.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements gathering, prototyping, development and go-to-market strategy.
Partner with engineering, research, UX design, and Sales to build best-in-class security products.
Define and monitor KPIs for AI model performance and overall business impact.
Requirements
10+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3+ years focused on network security, threat detections, and/or AI/ML products.
Deep technical understanding of IDS/IPS, forensics, malware analysis and network protocols.
Familiarity with network security, packet analysis, threat detection, hardware and virtual security.
Experience in developing integrated security platforms (XDR, SIEM, SASE) is a plus.
Stay current on hardware networking trends and how they apply to network security architecture.
Knowledge of network protocols, security operations (SOC), and incident response workflows.
Understanding of how AI/ML can be used to automate most of the redundant workflows and machine learning applications, anomaly detection, LLMs, data pipelines is a plus.
Technical background with engineering collaboration (software, hardware, or cloud infrastructure).
Proven ability to define multi-year roadmap and turn ambiguous market trends into concrete, actionable product requirements.
Exception leadership skills, able to influence without authority and communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronic, Electrical or similar); a MBA is plus.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are a plus.
Understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, GDPR).
