Flexispot Inc. is a globally recognized leader in ergonomic health and smart office solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented National Account Sales Operations Manager to support national sales account operations, focusing on sales forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional collaboration between the U.S. sales team and China support teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain sales forecasting processes to support business planning and inventory allocation
- Coordinate inventory management and monitor product availability to support sales operations
- Support administrative and operational processes related to national account management
- Assist with onboarding of new accounts, products, and dealer programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with U.S.-based sales teams and China support teams to ensure operational alignment
- Track and communicate order status, inventory updates, and operational issues
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare reports, sales data analysis, and operational updates for internal stakeholders
- Participate in dealer meetings, internal business reviews, and company operational planning activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, account management support, inventory coordination, or related operational roles
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with sales forecasting, inventory tracking, or ERP/CRM systems preferred
- Experience working with international teams is a plus
