Future Digital is a growth marketing partner for consumer health and family brands. They are seeking a Senior Growth & Account Lead to manage client accounts end-to-end, focusing on strategy and performance in paid media.
Responsibilities:
- Full-funnel growth on your accounts: paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms)
- The client relationship — weekly syncs, performance narratives, strategic pivots, and the trust that comes from clients knowing their account is genuinely handled
- Translating performance data into clear, decision-ready recommendations tied to real business KPIs (CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS)
Requirements:
- 4+ years in growth marketing, and you've personally run both paid acquisition — not just managed someone who did
- You manage your own priorities, energy, and timelines
- You consolidate and synthesize
- You bring solutions, not noise, and you tell clients the truth kindly
- You want depth and longevity with a small, high-quality team — not a title to collect on the way to somewhere else
- This is part-time role to start, with a path to full-time, and you want it that way
- Has experience with and looking to work in an agency environment
- Health, wellness, DTC, or family-brand experience
- Creative strategy or UGC production exposure
- A point of view on where AI accelerates growth work (and where it doesn't)
