Analyst - Data Engineering 5A

Genpact LLC is a leader in AI and digital innovation, transforming the way businesses operate. They are seeking a Data Analyst who will work on real customer-facing problems, helping clients unlock value from data and build scalable solutions to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to analyze business problems and deliver scalable data-driven solutions
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Engage in client discussions to gather requirements and support solution development
• Design and build automated reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and modeling across multiple data sources
• Leverage tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Support data governance initiatives, documentation, and best practices
• Collaborate with solution architects and teams to support proof of concepts and new initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, or R)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• English (Required) - Proficient - C2
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Java, or other relevant technical tools
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation frameworks, cloud platforms, or data engineering principles
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
