Vitable Health is a health benefits platform aimed at providing quality healthcare to uninsured and underinsured Americans. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting, generate qualified leads, and set meetings for the Account Executive team in a fast-growing healthtech startup.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new leads through research and high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Run cold outreach campaigns to secure discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Represent Vitable's health benefits platform to SMB and mid-market employers
- Document target audience challenges and pain points to sharpen sales messaging
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in HubSpot
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound sales
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas/targets
- Hunter mentality — assertive, confident, relentless
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM a plus
