They are seeking a Client Success Manager to support and grow relationships with schools and educators using their learning platform, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a portfolio of school and district accounts
- Build strong relationships with educators and administrators
- Lead onboarding, training, and implementation support
- Troubleshoot issues and drive successful classroom adoption
- Coordinate day-to-day account management and operational tasks
- Help improve client retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Excited to grow with a fast-moving company and contribute beyond your role
