Software Engineer

Cotiviti is a company that develops innovative applications in healthcare analytics. They are seeking a Software Engineer to design and develop software applications and reusable components, collaborating with various stakeholders to improve productivity and quality through AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high quality, maintainable software modules
• Conduct unit and integration testing
• Analyze requirements and specifications and create detailed designs
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and elevate quality across all areas of responsibility
• Continuously update professional knowledge of new technologies
• Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting and other duties as assigned
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Ability to execute on project deliverables in a dynamic, fast paced environment within estimated timelines
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• 3-5 years of software development experience, preferability in an enterprise setting
• Strong Java and SQL skills
• Proficient working with AI-enabled tools and coding assistants
• Experience in back-end systems development with heavy emphasis on data processing
• Healthcare and pharmacy information systems / data experience
