Padmore Global Connections is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM)/Process Re-design lead for Connecticuts Department of Developmental Services. The role involves leading the analysis and redesign of processes, managing change communication, and ensuring effective digital adoption and training.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in the analysis and redesign of process in conjunction with technology enhancements
- Structure communication and change management
- Motivate through action and words digital adoption
- Create and manage an OCM & communication playbook
- Work with HIPAA constrained data elements
- Be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing
- Work as part of an enterprise PMO with exposure to standard program and project tools
- Create dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meetings agendas, etc
- Build change management strategy/roadmap/approach
- Manage stakeholder engagement and management program
- Conduct change impact analysis and culture assessment
- Assess user engagement and readiness
- Develop training strategy/need assessment/plan
- Deliver change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts
- Understand standard project methodologies and change interventions during project lifecycle phases
- Have OCM experience around COTS Implementations
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements
- Familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing
- 5+ years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO
- Exposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meetings agendas, etc
- Blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills
- Experience in change management - part of at least 2-3 large scale change management implementations supporting COTS implementations
- Lead end-to-end change management implementation lifecycle on a transformation program
- Experience with process re-design in support of new technology platform implementations and acceptance
- Experience in change management and employee experience in projects including building change management strategy/roadmap/approach
- Stakeholder engagement and management program
- Change impact analysis, culture assessment, user engagement, readiness assessment, training strategy/need assessment/plan
- Practical client experience including planning, design and delivery
- Delivering change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts
- Good understanding on IT, HR, Finance functional processes and transformation in general
- Excellent skills with PowerPoint, Excel and analytical approach
- Ability to work and team with people across functions, sectors, locations
- Good analytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver work-products of the highest quality and overcome risk and issues to ensure timely delivery
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Technology driven change management experience
- OCM experience around COTS Implementations
- Nice to have experience on PROSCI or any other change management approach
- Nice to have OCM certifications if any such as PROSCI, APMG etc
