Sr. Technical Product Manager/Product Builder

Knotch is a growth-stage technology company helping brands optimize content performance through AI. They are seeking a Product Builder who will leverage AI throughout the product lifecycle to enhance workflows and drive product development from concept to production-grade features.

Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools to ingest, categorize, and extract actionable insights from customer calls, support tickets, and market data
• Leverage AI to rapidly draft PRDs, user stories, strategic roadmaps, presentations and GTM plans, moving from a blank page to cross-functional alignment in record time
• Use AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Bolt, or V0 to "vibe-code," build, and ship functional early-stage solutions and MVPs directly to users
• Apply AI workflows to streamline core PM responsibilities, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and asynchronous stakeholder updates
• Translate your validated prototypes and AI-synthesized user learnings into clear technical architectures, working closely with Product Engineers to review and scale the solution for the masses

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically with a track record of taking complex software products from 0 to 1 within SaaS startup or growth-stage environments (marketing or digital analytics experience is considered an asset)
• Advanced prompt engineering skills to synthesize user data, automate documentation, and conduct market research, paired seamlessly with hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code) to generate code and build rapid prototypes
• Exceptional ability to conduct human-led user interviews, extracting the root problems that you will later feed into your AI workflows for synthesis
