Unframe is an AI-first startup helping enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life quickly. The Senior Solution Marketing Manager will drive solution positioning, translating technical capabilities into business value and supporting sales with compelling narratives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, outcome-driven solution narratives that translate platform capabilities into business value
- Define and articulate use-case positioning, including target buyers, core pain points, and measurable impact
- Establish strong differentiation against internal builds, AI point solutions, and other enterprise AI platforms
- Build solution-specific assets including pitch decks, briefs, one-pagers, messaging frameworks, and competitive battlecards
- Partner closely with Sales to refine pitch tracks, address objections, and strengthen deal positioning
- Collaborate with Product to ensure capabilities are accurately reflected in external messaging
- Create metrics-backed case studies and proof points tailored to industry buyers
- Support demand generation with industry- and solution-focused messaging for campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership
- Continuously gather market feedback to sharpen positioning and improve win rates
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B solution marketing or enterprise product marketing, preferably in AI, data, or platform companies
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, business-oriented narratives
- Experience building industry narratives and packaging horizontal platforms into vertical-relevant solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics and multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Comfortable operating across industries and packaging horizontal platforms into concrete use cases
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity
- Highly self-directed, structured, and execution-oriented
