AI Engineer (Python, LLM / Agentic AI) - Remote - C2H

They're embedding AI into everything-code generation, test scripts, and operational automation-especially around provider credentialing and roster management. The biggest AI opportunities are:

(1) continuous license/credential validation across many external state sources

(2) adverse action interpretation + routing from JSON/report inputs

(3) roster ingestion automation from messy monthly spreadsheets using agentic AI with feedback loops. The ideal hire is a Python-first AI engineer who can build RAG/embedding pipelines, implement LLM evaluation + LLMOps governance, and stand up a lightweight Streamlit/front-end experience to operationalize the workflows.

Must-haves

• Strong Python background
• Proficient in AI/ML frameworks
• API design + development
• Hands-on with:
  • prompt engineering
  • RAG
  • embeddings + sentence transformers
  • vector databases
  • LLM evaluation frameworks
  • LLMOps governance + monitoring

Nice to Have

• Streamlit: they've built a few apps in Streamlit already
• Ability to quickly build a lightweight front end (even if basic) to operationalize the workflows
• Experience using Claude to spin up prototypes / applications
• Familiarity with agentic AI solutions (building + driving them end-to-end)
