They are seeking a Director, Financial Services Customer Partner who will be responsible for driving account growth, managing customer relationships, and executing account strategies to ensure the success of Kyndryl's largest accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability
- Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
- Build trusted relationships with top-level executives
- Drive proactive account growth and minimize erosion in renewals
- Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
- Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
- Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners
- Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
- Ensure customer satisfaction and account compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience running account P&L
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions
