Quality Assurance/Testing Engineer Intern

Our National Conversation (ONC) showcases news, opinions, podcasts and social media posts from across the political spectrum. As an intern at ONC, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, working alongside skilled QA engineers to contribute to a high-potential AI product and develop your quality assurance skills.

Responsibilities:

• Test features systematically, including logic, loading screens, and subscription flows
• Verify bug fixes after implementation
• Maintain a structured bug-tracking system
• Provide valuable feedback to improve system performance and user experience

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated)
• Proficiency in Python
• Ability to think critically and approach problems from a user-centered perspective
• Curiosity and passion for AI, technology, and quality assurance
