G&J Sales & Marketing is a leading brokerage firm serving the convenience services industry, seeking an experienced sales leader to help expand the role equipment plays across the industry. The National Sales Manager will work closely with manufacturers and operators to develop partnerships and drive equipment adoption in vending, micro markets, and unattended retail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies that expand equipment placement across operators, distributors, and national accounts
- Serve as the primary liaison between G&J and equipment suppliers, ensuring alignment on growth strategies, opportunities, and market needs
- Identify and close new equipment opportunities across the convenience services channel including vending operators, micro market providers, and emerging unattended retail concepts
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers across operators, distributors, and technology partners to expand equipment adoption and market share
- Identify emerging trends in unattended retail equipment and technology and help position supplier partners to win in a rapidly evolving market
- Provide product expertise and support to the G&J sales organization to help expand equipment opportunities across the field
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience in equipment, technology, or capital equipment
- Proven success developing new business and expanding national accounts
- Strong industry relationships within operators, distributors, or suppliers
- Ability to communicate technical product value clearly
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience within vending, unattended retail, payment technology, or foodservice equipment
