Software Engineer

Teero is an AI-native company transforming the dental industry by building an operating system for modern dental offices. They are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to launch and own products from inception to live, collaborating closely with customers and the operations team to address their needs swiftly.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and own entire products end-to-end—from zero to live and scaling—with direct customer feedback from day one
• Build new products that help dental offices grow their revenue—revenue cycle management, patient billing, and whatever we tackle next
• Work directly with operators, dental offices, and hygienists to identify problems and ship solutions fast
• Build across our stack: Languages: Go, Typescript; Backend: MySql, SQLC, buf.build, Temporal; Frontend: React, Next.js
• Push the boundaries of AI-assisted development—we expect you to ship faster this quarter than last because your tools and workflows keep getting better
• Collaborate daily with our Amsterdam engineering team while bringing a uniquely customer-close perspective
• Make technical and product decisions that directly impact business growth and customer experience
