Elevated Web Design is a startup focused on improving the modern job search experience. They are seeking motivated interns to help build a platform that simplifies job discovery and application processes through thoughtful product design and engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Software Engineering
• Full stack development, Python, AI/ML integrations, model training, APIs, React/Next.js, QA testing, automation, infrastructure, and performance improvements
• Improving usability, refining user flows, interface design feedback, mobile/web experience optimization, feature planning, accessibility improvements, and product thinking
• Job data validation, platform quality review, hiring market research, trend analysis, competitor research, categorization improvements, and insights related to recruiting and hiring systems
• Helping think through launch strategy, user feedback loops, early growth ideas, product positioning, and operational support as the platform evolves

Requirements:
