Gallagher Benefit Services is a trusted partner helping organizations with their people decisions. The Pharmacy Audit Coordinator plays a key role within the Pharmacy Audit Team, managing prescription drug claim audits and ensuring project efficiency from kickoff to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage prescription drug claim audits from implementation through closure
- Establish and maintain project codes
- Support various Data Warehouse initiatives
- Perform eligibility reconciliation audits and eligibility reviews
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Maintain accurate tracking of all audits and projects within designated system
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Audit Team to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Schedule, prepare materials for, and participate in client and administrator meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, as needed
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of audit reports with minimal supervision
- Provide timely bi-weekly client status updates
- Deliver weekly project status updates to management and the audit team
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of project management and/or audit experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional, personable demeanor with a positive and confident communication style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands while maintaining focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Pharmacy or PBM experience
