SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST

SKM Group is a software house with 18 years of experience and a global portfolio of projects. They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions, focusing on fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models on proprietary data.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, clean, and structure proprietary datasets for training and evaluation
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using techniques such as LoRA / QLoRA
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and business impact
• Build and deploy inference pipelines for production use
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions
• Improve model performance through experimentation, iteration, and data-centric approaches
• Contribute to architecture decisions around scalable AI systems
