About this role
Title: Data Engineer - Data Platforms-SnowFlake
Location- Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Required skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering with strong SQL expertise.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including:
SQL scripting
Data loading/unloading
Snowpipe
Performance tuning and optimization
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling techniques.
Experience building pipelines and managing data ingestion into/from Snowflake.
Proficiency in backend development, including schema and database design.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure and Snowflake ecosystems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have skills:
Experience with ETL tools such as Matillion.
Domain knowledge of utilities or billing systems
