
Roles/Responsibilities:
Deploying and replacing desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals
Imaging, configuring, and setting up new computer systems
Migrating user data and verifying system functionality
Providing basic troubleshooting and end-user support during deployments
Coordinating with users and departments to schedule refresh appointments
Updating asset management and inventory tracking systems
Ensuring all equipment is installed according to company standards and procedures
Maintaining professionalism while working directly with end users in oAice environments
Mandatory Skills:
3+ years industry experience in a customer-facing technical field
Basic understanding of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
Experience setting up desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deployments daily
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to successfully pass a CJIS background check
A valid driver's license
Desirable Skills:
Previous Deskside Support or PC deployment experience
Experience with imaging tools such as SCCM, Intune, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft OAice 365
Knowledge of asset management and ticketing systems
CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications
Experience working in enterprise or corporate IT environments
Strong organizational and documentation skills
