JD-Mandatory Skills & Qualifications-
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CS (Customer Service module)
- Proven expertise in S/4HANA Service / Service Management
- Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP CS
- Configure and optimize: Technical objects, Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Returns and Repair Process, Resource Related Billing (RRB), Notifications, Pricing and Billing.
- Exposure to Fiori-based applications and UI in S/4 Service
- Strong knowledge of integration with SD/MM modules
- Experience in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect management
- Ability to create functional specs and work with technical teams
- Client is expecting this resource to travel to Fremont, CA once every month. Prefer to a local resource if available.
