Small Business Analyst | $11.50/Hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Small Business Analyst to support AI-related tasks focused on small business workflows and user experiences. The role involves reviewing AI-generated outputs, performing data annotation, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Support AI-related tasks focused on small business workflows and user experiences
• Review, evaluate, and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs and business-related interactions
• Perform data annotation, validation, and quality review tasks as per project guidelines
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across assigned deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve AI training data and workflow efficiency
• Follow project instructions and maintain productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
• Complete assigned tasks within required timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience
• Strong English (US) communication and comprehension skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to evolving project requirements
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Full-time availability with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST time zone
• Experience working with small business operations, customer interactions, or business tools is preferred
• Previous experience in AI data annotation, AI quality evaluation, or related projects
• Familiarity with business productivity tools and workflows
• Experience working in remote or global team environments
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
