Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and systems. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify AI-driven business solutions and building robust data pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven business solutions
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines using MongoDB
• Evaluate and improve model performance through testing and monitoring
• Document technical processes and model architectures clearly
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to cross-functional teams
• Follow best practices in code quality, deployment, and version control

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Python for machine learning development
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB for data management and querying
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
