Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as a trusted partner for therapists and patients in accessing high-quality mental healthcare. They are seeking a Talent Activation Strategy and Projects Manager who will own the execution of high-priority initiatives, turning strategy into usable tools and processes while driving cross-functional execution and integrating AI into their people operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the execution of Talent Activation's highest-priority initiatives on our roadmap
- Translate strategy into things people actually use
- Drive cross-functional execution with rigor
- Be a force multiplier on AI
- Swing support as Business Partner
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, consulting, Chief of Staff, or People strategy roles within a high-growth or scaling organization
- Experience owning end-to-end execution of people programs that required rigor, coordination, and follow-through
- Ability to design and build processes that run without you in the room
- Experience thinking in systems and measurement, not tasks
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to People or operational workflows
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write crisp documentation, sharp FAQs, and manager-facing materials
- Ability to navigate performance management and employee relations with discretion, sound judgment, and maturity
- Strong focus on outcomes, with the ability to define what 'working' means before building and tracking it after
