This role involves handling a high volume of inbound customer interactions while delivering a high standard of service, accuracy, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Provide accurate information and support across various service channels
- Maintain a calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Follow all client protocols and compliance guidelines
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution
Requirements:
- FULL bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Professional communication skills and clear phone presence are essential
- Desktop or laptop with 8GB–16GB RAM
- Must have a Windows-based operating system — No Exceptions
- Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi not permitted)
- Compatible USB 3.0 Ethernet adapter (if needed)
- A dual monitor setup is required
- Noise-canceling headset with microphone
