Senior Software Engineer (Front-end)

ExaCare AI is a leading health tech company on a mission to build the AI operating system for post-acute care. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will focus on improving frontend experiences while contributing across the stack, defining systems and standards to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Scale the frontend architecture to support contributions from a growing engineering organization
• Build high-quality, responsive, data-rich user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Collaborate closely with design, product, operations, and engineering teams on new and existing workflows
• Improve consistency and maintainability across frontend systems and shared components
• Help define and enforce frontend best practices around component architecture, design system consumption, responsiveness, accessibility, and maintainability
• Expand and improve Storybook coverage and component documentation
• Introduce tooling and automated review guardrails for common frontend code smells and quality issues
• Contribute across the stack, including backend APIs and platform improvements where needed
• Mentor engineers and raise the overall quality bar across the organization
