Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales: Collaborate closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth
- Deliver technical expertise: Provide in-depth technical demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the power and value of Opsera’s platform
- Build customer relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their DevOps journey and ensuring their success
- Drive technical wins: Lead technical conversations, answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections to secure deals
- Become a thought leader: Share your expertise through webinars, blog posts, and industry events, positioning yourself as a go-to expert in the field

- Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps practices
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with shift-left testing
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with solution architecture
- A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and exceeding their expectations
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer challenges with innovative solutions
- A track record of success in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the DevOps or enterprise software space
