Manufacturing Engineer | $40/hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to enhance AI model understanding of manufacturing processes. The role involves collaborating with teams to improve datasets, analyzing workflows for optimization, and validating AI outputs for compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert insights to improve AI model understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine manufacturing datasets
• Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards
• Document process improvements, technical knowledge, and workflow adjustments clearly
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques to enhance data quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

• Strong experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and quality control
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing compliance standards and regulatory frameworks
• Technical expertise in manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and process documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional environments
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
