Colliers Engineering & Design is currently seeking a Waterway Structures Project Manager to join our growing team! The role involves managing resources, schedules, financials, and project change requests to ensure successful project delivery while providing leadership and supervision to project staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage resources, schedules, financials, management issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
- Ensure the success of the projects under his/her management
- Provide leadership to individuals within and outside of Colliers Engineering & Design
- Plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff
- Monitor project costs to ensure that project is delivered within budget, fulfills customer expectations, maintains profitability, and/or aligns with the company strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering is required
- 8+ years of experience managing task orders for Dam Safety and/or Waterway Structures projects is required
- PE license is required
- Prior business development experience is required
- Proven ability to manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals
- Proven ability to identify, pursue, and win work from existing and new clients
- Ability to work remotely with team members in other offices
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
- Master's degree or PMP certification is preferred
- Previous mentoring and coaching experience is a plus
