CSC ServiceWorks is a company that enhances everyday life for millions through innovative laundry and air solutions. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Communication to lead their marketing communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with business priorities across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own CSC’s internal and external narrative, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across audiences and channels
- Shape and protect CSC’s brand architecture, tone, and voice to ensure brand continuity
- Lead storytelling efforts that bring CSC’s mission, people, and customer impact to life
- Identify, develop, and curate meaningful customer and partner testimonials, particularly to support B2B storytelling in partnership with the Sr. Manager
- Support executive communications, thought leadership, and high‑visibility messaging in close partnership with the Sr. Director
- Draft and refine executive materials including talking points, presentations, announcements, and messaging frameworks
- Prepare leaders for internal and external communications moments with clear, on‑brand narratives
- Own hands‑on internal communications strategy and execution
- Translate company priorities, changes, and initiatives into clear and engaging messages for internal audiences
- Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure employees remain informed and aligned
- Oversee CSC’s social media strategy, ensuring messaging aligns with brand, narrative, and business priorities
- Manage and guide team member responsible for day‑to‑day social execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CSC’s PR agency of record, setting priorities, reviewing materials, and measuring impact
- Lead external communications including press releases, media outreach, and corporate announcements
- Manage and mentor one Specialist role
- Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Management, and executive leadership to ensure communications support business goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, corporate communications, PR, or brand storytelling. Bonus if experienced in B2B2C or B2C
- Proven ability to shape and manage internal and external narratives for complex organizations
- Hands‑on experience with internal communications, executive messaging, and external communications
- Experience overseeing social media strategy, platforms, and brand voice
- Proven experience managing PR agencies and external partners
- Strong understanding of brand architecture and brand continuity
- Experience managing at least one direct report
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working with senior executives and navigating high‑visibility communication moments
