Requirements:
- Strong background in Customer Service and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and vendors
- Experience in arranging Travel Arrangements, including accommodations, travel bookings, and activities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
- A passion for travel and creating exceptional experiences for clients
- Knowledge of Travel Agency processes and systems is a plus
