Required Skills:
  Strong experience in SAP Basis Administration & Infrastructure
  Hands-on experience in SAP Migration projects (minimum 2 years)
  Expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP upgrades, OS/DB migration, and cloud integration
  Experience with SAP RISE Migration and Enterprise Cloud Services
  Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform hyperscalers
  Experience with SAP HANA, Sybase, Unix/Linux environments
  Strong technical architecture, implementation, and change management experience
  Good communication and customer-facing skills
  SAP Migration / Cloud certifications are an added advantage
  Must be flexible to support weekend cutovers 
Preferred:
  Experience working in enterprise SAP environments
  Ability to work independently in distributed/virtual teams
