IAM/Security Consultant

Job Title: IAM/Security Consultant

Location: Remote, USA

Job Type: Contract

Required skills:
Familiarity with administering and configuring HashiCorp Vault Enterprise
Experienced with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform a plus)
Big plus if experience includes using Terraform to configure Vault (this is what we'll be doing for most of the latter half of the project)
Experienced with Linux systems administration and DevOps fundamentals
Experience with AWS or Azure (both would be a huge plus)
Understanding of Vault secret engines (KV, PKI, AWS, database, transit, etc.).
Hands-on experience with PKI, certificate management, and encryption workflows.
Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
Ability to secure, rotate, and manage secrets and encryption keys.

Nice to have skills:
Experience with Vault policies (ACLs), namespaces, tokens, and identity management.
Understanding of access control, RBAC, and least-privilege design.
Experience monitoring, logging, and auditing Vault usage
