Core Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design scalable data models and system integrations.
- Write Custom Code: Build complex Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Lead Teams: Mentor junior developers and enforce strict code reviews.
- Manage DevOps: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, SFDX workflows, and sandbox environments.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in software; 5+ years purely in Salesforce development.
- Tech Stack: Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce Flows.
- Certifications: Platform Developer I & II (PDI/PDII). Application Architect is a plus.
