Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 7+ years of strong hands-on experience with Python (full-stack development)
- 2+ years of experience in AI/Generative AI engineering
- 5+ years of experience with AWS
- Strong experience with:
- LLMs (GPT models) and AI application development
- Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT
- LLM orchestration frameworks
- Experience building scalable, production-ready applications
- Strong understanding of system design and backend architecture
