C++ Python Developer

JOB SUMMARY The MBS Risk & Pricing team is seeking a C++/Python Developer with 3-5 years of experience. This role will analyze business and technology requirements, design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions with high quality standards in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will troubleshoot issues and provide solutions, demonstrating a willingness to learn financial business and new programming languages. The position requires managing the full project lifecycle from requirements to production rollout and requires outstanding communication skills. Key Responsibilities - Analyzes Business requirements and create technology requirements by collaborating with different business teams. - Create Technology solutions by collaborating with technology team members. - Deliver end-to-end solution using high quality standards in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to trouble shoot issues and provide solutions to the issues. - Willing to learn Financial business and new programming languages. Required Qualifications - Hands on programming experience in C++/Python - Hands on programming experience in scripting languages - Perl/Shell scripting is required - Experience with querying and analyzing the data using Sybase and MS Excel - Fixed Income/MBS business knowledge is a definite preference. - Good at AI Assist coding Preferred Qualifications - Hands on programming experience in Java is nice-to-have - Hands on programming experience in KDB+/Q/Functional programming is plus. - Quantitative knowledge and skills are a strong plus Education: Bachelors Degree
