- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, stored procedures, query optimization, data analysis)
- Strong understanding of healthcare data models and clinical workflows
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as:
- HL7
- FHIR
- EDI/X12
- Experience working with payer/provider healthcare systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams
