Role Overview
Provides hands-on onsite support for disconnecting, labeling, moving, reinstalling, testing, and troubleshooting user and lab IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory devices; disconnect/package/protect equipment; relocate/reinstall workstations, printers, peripherals, lab computers; user acceptance support; issue resolution.
Qualifications / Skills
3+ years desktop/field support; Windows, printers, peripherals, imaging/configuration; CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certs preferred.
