Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into software applications
• Optimize ML models for performance and scalability
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ML and AI
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of statistics, mathematics, and algorithms
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
