Global Vice President of Project Management

Angel One is an angel venture fund dedicated to supporting Ukrainian startups and fostering a vibrant startup culture in Ukraine. The Global Vice President of Project Management will define and oversee global project management strategies, ensuring effective program execution and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee global project management strategies
• Facilitate effective program execution
• Establish project governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals
• Ensure program delivery within budget and timelines
• Provide strategic oversight
• Drive the implementation of project frameworks
• Monitor performance
• Optimize resource allocation across the organization

Requirements:

• Strong Project Management and Project Planning skills
• Experience in Program Management and proven ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Oversight
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess challenges and solution strategies
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• Proven track record of working with global teams and making strategic decisions in relation to impactful projects
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem; experience with technology-focused industries such as FinTech, SaaS, EduTech, or AI/ML preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
