Lead Data Analyst (Healthcare/Medicare)

Stability Technology is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analytics professional who can operate as both a hands-on technical leader and mentor to the broader analytics team. This role involves driving data strategy, analytics engineering, reporting modernization, and business intelligence initiatives within a Medicare Advantage healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise analytics and reporting solutions
• Serve as the technical lead for Snowflake-based analytics architecture and data modeling initiatives
• Build and enhance executive dashboards and operational reporting primarily within Power BI
• Support and modernize existing reporting ecosystems involving SQL Server and Tableau
• Mentor and guide analytics team members on best practices, data strategy, reporting standards, and scalable BI development
• Partner with actuarial, finance, operations, and healthcare business teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop complex SQL queries, data pipelines, and performance-optimized datasets
• Drive analytics initiatives related to Medicare Advantage operations, member populations, utilization trends, quality metrics, and healthcare performance analytics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to improve data governance, reporting accuracy, and business intelligence capabilities
• Assist with long-term analytics roadmap planning and enterprise reporting strategy

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with: Snowflake, Power BI, SQL Server, Advanced SQL development
• Experience leading or mentoring analytics teams in a player-coach capacity
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise reporting architectures
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
• Experience within healthcare, managed care, payer, or insurance environments
• Strong understanding of the Medicare Advantage marketplace
• Experience supporting actuarial analytics, healthcare financial modeling, risk adjustment, HEDIS, Stars, or population health analytics
• Experience working with healthcare claims, membership, provider, or clinical datasets
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
• Experience migrating or modernizing legacy BI/reporting environments
